Maccun Plus is a thick, spoonable paste that brings together honey, bee pollen and a long list of herbs and spices, more than forty in all. It belongs to the Maccun range, produced in Türkiye since 1981 and prepared in the way traditional Turkish macun pastes have been made for generations.

Suggested use

Stir well before each use, as the natural ingredients can settle in the jar.

The suggested amount is one teaspoon a day, best taken before a meal rather than straight after a large one. If you notice a headache, cut back to a smaller amount.

Who should not use it

• Children, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Babies under 12 months, because the paste contains honey.
• Anyone taking medication or living with a medical condition, including high blood pressure or a heart condition, should check with their doctor first.
