The short version: every parcel we send is tracked, delivery within the UK costs nothing, and delivery to Cyprus is a flat £6.50. Order before 2pm on a weekday and your parcel leaves us the same day.
When your order leaves us
Orders placed before 14:00 (UK time), Monday to Friday, are handed to Royal Mail the same working day. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on UK bank holidays go out on the next working day.
Every order is packed in plain, waterproof outer packaging, with nothing on the outside to say what is inside.
UK delivery: free
We send all UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48, free of charge, whatever the order size. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
International delivery
Orders outside the UK travel with Royal Mail International Tracked, so you can follow your parcel to your door. The fee depends on the destination and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs duties and import taxes
For deliveries outside the UK, any customs duty, import tax or handling fee charged by the destination country is paid by the recipient. If these charges are not paid and the parcel is refused, the carrier sends it back to us. We can only refund such an order once the parcel has reached us again, and the refund will be reduced by the delivery costs, including the cost of the return journey.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or incomplete, it will be returned to us. We will then refund the price of the products, less the delivery cost. If you would rather we send it again, a new delivery charge applies before we re-send it.
